Gateway proudly announced that the Playtime Casino Kelowna employees selected Karis Support Society as the charity partner for their Grand Opening. For the month of March, portions of the sites' food and beverage sales will be donated to Karis in support of the important work that they do in the Kelowna community to empower and equip women, and women with children, in need, with the skills that they need to successfully transition back in to society.

Total government revenues from all types of gambling was about $1.25 billion in revenue in 2014-15, according to figures from the Ministry of Sports and Culture. Patrons will soon be able to frequent the Barside Lounge & Grill inside Chances Casino. Gateway Casinos made the announcement this afternoon (July 3) in a news release.
